Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative!

About the Position Our client, a well-known, global, and successful company in the automotive industry with headquarters in Gothenburg, is currently looking for a Finnish-speaking talent for their customer support. You will be employed by Recruitive but work at our client’s premises in fresh, open, and pleasant offices on the outskirts of Gothenburg. Are you a responsible person with a keen sense for customer calls, service, and administration? Don’t hesitate to send in your application! What does the customer service role involve? In this role, you will primarily guide customers in a service-oriented and professional manner over the phone and handle incoming calls and emails. The job also includes administering and managing cases. You will be part of a team of about 50 fantastic colleagues and belong to the customer support department. The position is full-time with varying working hours, as customer service is open between 07:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday. To get you started properly, the job begins with an introductory training. Your tasks What does the work involve? - Informing about products, services, and agreements - Answering incoming calls and emails - Handling administrative cases Your profile Are you the right person for the job? We are looking for another Finnish-speaking, communicative, and attentive colleague. This position suits you if you find it exciting to work with administration, customer calls, and service. You have a talent for talking to different types of people and a genuine desire to do a good job. We also appreciate if you have experience in customer support, service work, and working over the phone.
