Test Leader - IT & Quality Assurance

Job description

You will work in the Robotics spin-off program and be the est leader for the applications workstream in Sweden. We are looking for an experienced and structured Test leader with solid expertise in test strategy, planning, and leadership of test activities in complex IT projects. Accustomed to working in both agile and traditional environments, with a strong focus on quality, risk management, and delivery assurance.

You will be a key part of the global and Swedish spin-off project. You will be working in close collaboration with Application Managers, technology vendors and other stakeholders.

Skilled in working within agile environments and facilitating effective communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Test strategy and planning
• Test strategy of various No ERP applications
• Test strategy of various Integration tools
• Leading test teams and coordinating test activities
• Risk-based testing and test design
• Test tools: Azure DevOps, HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, etc.
• Reporting, follow-up, and communication with project management and stakeholders

You will lead the execution of strategic projects in Group/Division/Business Unit functions at local/multi- national/Region level, using either our clients and/or 3rd party resources, and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, project objectives, applicable quality standards, safety requirements, cost and scheduling targets. Defines, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Test Leader in IT projects within sectors such as automotive and manufacturing.
• Experience in test management within agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional project models
• Experience in integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing, and regression testing
• Worked on both internal systems and customer-facing solutions
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP
• Knowledge and understanding of various integration tools
• Knowledge and understanding of various No ERP applications
• Industry experience includes form Supply Chain Management and manufacturing
